DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Three questions keeping HR in professional services up at night

01

ABSENTEEISM & BURNOUT

How do I prevent my best people from burning out?

Signs of cognitive overload often only appear once someone is already on sick leave. Well Aware combines scientific check-ins with AI signaling, so you can spot risks before they turn into absenteeism.

02

TALENT RETENTION

Why are my high performers leaving?

Top talent chooses employers who listen and take action. With continuous pulses, personal action items, and direct access to coaches, you can increase your eNPS and reduce unwanted turnover by 24%.

03

EMPLOYEE SURVEYS & COMPLIANCE

How do I combine employee surveys, health checks, and performance assessments in one tool?

Standalone tools for employee surveys, health checks, and performance assessments result in fragmented reporting. Well Aware bundles everything into one platform, including Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance (Article 3 paragraph 2 and Article 18) and direct support.

Why companies worldwide choose Well Aware

The partnership with Binqy has had a transformative effect on IDH. The tool has enabled our staff to practise self-reflection, which has fostered personal growth and wellbeing, whilst providing us, as the HR team, with invaluable insights into underlying challenges that have helped us prioritise prevention. It has contributed to a more supportive and proactive working culture, and we couldn’t be more enthusiastic about continuing to use Binqy to promote wellbeing within IDH.

Carolien Arents
Director HR @ idh

Our partnership with Binqy helps our employees tackle both professional and personal challenges. This, in turn, not only helps to improve wellbeing but also fosters a supportive workplace culture. Binqy is not just a tool for HR; it is a team member when it comes to our employees’ wellbeing.

Menglu Wang
HR & Admin Senior Specialist

Thanks to Binqy, we have not only gained insight into mental wellbeing within our organisation, but we have also taken active steps to create a healthier and more productive working environment. A major advantage is the easy access to psychologists via Binqy, who can offer our colleagues support at just the right moment. This works incredibly well and contributes to a pleasant and sustainable working environment.

Based on the JD-R model

The JD-R model is the most widely cited scientific framework for work-related stress and engagement worldwide. Developed by Prof. Dr Wilmar Schaufeli, it forms the basis of Well Aware.

‘For twenty years, the JD-R model has demonstrated that workload in itself is not a problem. What wears people down is the balance between what the job demands and what it offers in return. Well Aware brings this insight back to the workplace.’

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about our platform

What is the difference between Well Aware and a traditional employee satisfaction survey?

An annual employee satisfaction survey (MTO) provides a single snapshot per year with an average response rate of 45%. Well Aware uses short, continuous pulse check-ins that achieve an 84% response rate. Furthermore, you can combine MTO, PMO, PSA, and culture surveys in the same platform, and gain direct access to psychologists and coaches. This is how data finally turns into action.

How does Well Aware prevent burnout among consultants and advisors?

Well Aware combines scientifically validated check-ins (JD-R model, Prof. Dr. Schaufeli) with AI-driven alerts. As soon as work pressure becomes structurally too high or energy resources are depleted, the employee, manager, and HR receive a concrete signal, along with actionable steps. This allows you to intervene before someone burns out.

Does Well Aware comply with the Working Conditions Act and the PSA obligation?

Yes. Well Aware covers the five statutory psychosocial workload (PSA) themes (work pressure, undesirable behavior, aggression and violence, bullying, discrimination) and provides all reports required for the Working Conditions Act Article 3 paragraph 2 (PSA) and Article 18 (PMO). The Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) and whistleblower policy are also integrated.

How do you ensure anonymity within partner and specialist teams?

Answers are aggregated by default. For teams of fewer than five people, we do not show results at the team level, only at higher organizational levels. This ensures individual privacy, even within small partner teams or specialist departments.

What is the ROI of Well Aware?

Clients in professional services report an average of 12% less absenteeism after one year and 24% better retention of top talent. With the cost of a departing FTE (approximately 1.5x annual salary) or long-term absence, the platform usually pays for itself within a few months.
