Good to know

What about privacy and anonymity?

Responses are completely anonymous and can be viewed once there are at least five respondents per team. Personal data is stored in encrypted form on European servers. Well Aware is GDPR-compliant. No one can trace who said what, not even via filters or breakdowns.

Does Well-Aware integrate with our HR system?

Yes. We integrate seamlessly with almost any HR system. We connect to other systems via APIs. Staff and organisational structures are automatically synchronised, so you don’t have to keep track of anything manually.

What if our employees do not speak dutch?

On request, the platform is available in 14+ languages, so that every employee can use it in their own language.

Can we add our own questions or topics?

Yes. In addition to the scientific framework, you can add your own questions, constructs and themes (including both open-ended and multiple-choice questions). This allows you to combine benchmark comparisons with the specific issues relevant to your organisation.

How does access to specialists work?

As an employer, you decide the extent to which your staff have access to specialists, via a credit system. On average, employers make between 3 and 5 sessions available per employee. Staff can then see a psychologist or specialist within 24 hours.
