Confidential counsellors
Many people don't dare to say out loud what's really bothering them at work. Out of fear, shame or uncertainty. With Well Aware you give every employee a safe, confidential place to raise unacceptable behaviour, integrity issues or personal concerns. Low-barrier, anonymous and in multiple languages. Fully in line with the Working Conditions Act and the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Why a confidential advisor through Well Aware
All confidential advisors are LVV-certified and work completely independently of your organisation. No internal loyalty, no hidden agenda, just someone who listens and helps.
Employees book an appointment themselves via the platform, on the channel they already use. Available in Dutch, English, Polish, Turkish, Arabic and nine other languages.
Connect your confidential advisors to the Well Aware platform
Much of what goes wrong in an organisation goes unspoken for years. Not because nothing is happening, but because people don't have a safe place to say it.
Do you already have your own confidential advisors within the organisation? Connect them to Well Aware in two clicks and give them the tool to do their work more professionally: anonymous reports, secure conversation records and direct reporting.
Are you working with an external LVV-certified partner who already knows your culture? Keep them. We connect your existing external confidential advisor to the platform, without you having to change anything about the collaboration.
No own network? No problem. Use our network of LVV-certified confidential advisors, available in multiple languages and 24 hours a day. Directly bookable via the platform.

Everything you need to really understand what’s going on
A confidential advisor doesn't work in isolation. Well Aware brings confidential advisors, psychologists, coaches, surveys and training together in one platform, so every story gets the right follow-up action.
What can you expect from Well Aware confidential advisors?
A confidential advisor is there to listen, not to judge. What you share stays between you, unless you explicitly decide otherwise.
Besides a listening ear you get practical guidance: how to start a conversation, what steps you can take, and when formal action makes sense.
Experts your team can trust
LVV-certified confidential advisors and BIG-registered psychologists. An average of 8+ years' experience, selected on both expertise and human quality.
Integrate the tools you already use
Well Aware integrates seamlessly with the HR tools your organisation already uses.

Security & compliance you can rely on
Well-Aware meets the highest European privacy and security standards. Fully GDPR-compliant, anonymous for employees and built on a secure infrastructure, so you can focus on your people, not the legal details.

Good to know
A confidential advisor is an independent professional that employees can turn to with complaints about unacceptable behaviour, integrity issues or personal concerns at work. The confidential advisor listens, advises, supports and refers where needed, all in confidence.
Since July 2024, employers with more than ten employees are required to appoint a confidential advisor, based on the Whistleblower Protection Act. For PSA themes such as bullying, aggression and sexual harassment this was already covered by the Working Conditions Act. An external confidential advisor through Well Aware complies with both.
An internal confidential advisor works within your own organisation. That is accessible, but often less independent and more vulnerable to internal politics. An external confidential advisor stands outside the organisation, is professionally trained and LVV-certified. Most experts recommend a combination of both, or at least an external option for serious issues.
The Landelijke Vereniging van Vertrouwenspersonen (LVV) is the professional association for confidential advisors in the Netherlands. LVV-certified professionals have completed an accredited training programme, meet continuing education requirements and work according to a professional code of conduct. All Well Aware confidential advisors are LVV-certified.
Unacceptable behaviour (bullying, harassment, aggression, discrimination), integrity violations, conflicts with colleagues or managers, personal concerns that affect your work, and any situation where you don't know who to turn to.
Conversations with a confidential advisor are covered by a duty of confidentiality. Nothing is shared without the employee's explicit consent. No registration in HR systems, no notification to managers, and only anonymised reports at organisation level for HR.
Directly via the Well Aware platform, on the channel you already use (WhatsApp, Teams, Slack or email). You choose the confidential advisor yourself, schedule a conversation and have contact within 24 hours. Fully anonymous if you prefer.
A confidential advisor helps with work-related issues such as unacceptable behaviour, conflicts or integrity matters. A psychologist provides mental health care for complaints such as stress, burnout or anxiety. At Well Aware both are directly bookable via the same platform.
They don't. Bookings are anonymous to your employer, and conversations are covered by a duty of confidentiality. HR only receives anonymised reports at organisation level, with no link to individual employees.
