Native integrations with AFAS, Personio, Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and Deel. Other systems we support via REST API, SCIM or webhooks. Over the past eighteen months we've built a custom integration for fourteen clients within three weeks.
Native integrations are live within three to five working days. Custom integrations via our Public API take one to three weeks, depending on complexity. We handle the project together with your IT team; you don't need to build anything yourself.
By default we synchronise employee data (name, email, language, location), team structure, job titles and org chart. Additional fields (such as absenteeism data, performance reviews or remuneration) can be connected via custom work. You decide which data is and isn't shared.
Then we look together for the best route: REST API, webhook, SCIM, or in some cases an SFTP exchange. Our integration experts guide the whole process and build a custom connector if needed. Not a single client has left in the past three years due to an impossible integration.
No problem. The Well Aware data is fully portable: all employee data, surveys and outcomes can be exported to a readable format at any time. When switching, we set up a new integration, often within two weeks.

Yes, all traffic via TLS 1.3, stored data via AES-256. Authentication via OAuth 2.0 or SAML for Single Sign-On. For the highest requirements we also offer IP whitelisting and mutual TLS.
Yes. Via the Public API you can combine Well Aware wellbeing data with absenteeism, performance and financial figures in your own BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). This lets you build reporting that integrates multiple sources, with Well Aware as one of the data sources rather than a silo.
