Wat is een medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek (MTO)?

Een MTO meet hoe je mensen hun werk, hun team en hun werkgever ervaren. Bij Well Aware doen we dat continu in plaats van één keer per jaar, op basis van het wetenschappelijk gevalideerde JD-R model. Zo zie je niet alleen een cijfer, maar ook waar de drivers zitten en wat je eraan kunt doen.

Hoe vaak moet je een MTO uitvoeren?

De wet schrijft geen frequentie voor. De meeste organisaties doen het één keer per jaar, maar dan is het vaak te laat om bij te sturen. Bij Well Aware werken we met kortere pulses, maandelijks of per kwartaal, zodat je trends ziet voordat het problemen worden. Je bepaalt zelf het ritme dat bij jouw organisatie past.

Welke vragen stel je in een MTO?

Onze MTO meet 70+ constructen, waaronder werkdruk, autonomie, betrokkenheid, leiderschap, ontwikkeling, sfeer en psychologische veiligheid. De vragenlijst is wetenschappelijk gevalideerd door Prof. Dr. Wilmar Schaufeli en gebaseerd op het JD-R model. Je kunt eigen vragen of thema's toevoegen die specifiek bij jouw organisatie horen.

Hoe garandeert Well Aware anonimiteit?

Antwoorden zijn anoniem vanaf vijf respondenten per team. Persoonlijke data wordt versleuteld opgeslagen op Europese servers, GDPR-compliant en ISO 27001-gecertificeerd. Geen enkele leidinggevende kan terugzien wie wat heeft gezegd, ook niet via filters of uitsplitsingen.

Hoe verhoog je de respons op een MTO?

Drie dingen werken bewezen: een laagdrempelig kanaal (WhatsApp, Teams, Slack of e-mail), een korte vragenlijst van 5 tot 10 minuten in plaats van 30, en zichtbare opvolging zodat mensen zien dat hun input ergens toe leidt. Well Aware-klanten halen gemiddeld 84% respons, ruim boven het sectorgemiddelde van 50 tot 60%.

Wat doe je met de uitkomsten van een MTO?

Inzicht zonder actie verandert niets. Daarom koppelt Well Aware elke uitkomst direct aan vervolgstappen: gerichte interventies, trainingen, vertrouwenspersonen of een gesprek met een psycholoog. HR en leidinggevenden krijgen per team concrete actiepunten, niet alleen een rapport.

Is een MTO wettelijk verplicht?

Een MTO zelf is niet verplicht. Wel verplicht is de RI&E (risico-inventarisatie en -evaluatie), waarin ook psychosociale arbeidsbelasting moet worden meegenomen. In de praktijk gebruiken veel organisaties een MTO om aan dit deel van de RI&E te voldoen. Well Aware integreert MTO, PSA en RI&E in één platform, zodat je in één keer compliance en inzicht regelt.

Wat kost een MTO bij Well Aware?

De prijs hangt af van je organisatiegrootte en welke onderdelen je inzet. We werken niet met losse contracten per onderzoek. Je betaalt één bedrag voor het hele platform, inclusief support, integraties en updates. Plan een gesprek voor een offerte op maat.

Wat is het verschil tussen een MTO, eNPS en PMO?

Een MTO meet tevredenheid en betrokkenheid breed, denk aan werkgeluk, sfeer, leiderschap en ontwikkeling. Een eNPS meet alleen aanbevelingsscore met één vraag. Een PMO is een preventief medisch onderzoek dat fysieke én mentale gezondheid meet en is wettelijk verplicht voor werkgevers. Well Aware brengt alle drie samen in één platform, zodat je geen losse leveranciers nodig hebt.
