What exactly does Well Aware guidance include?

Guidance is the Well Aware team standing by your side: a customer success manager, an organisational psychologist and a data analyst. Together they help you with implementation, monthly impact reviews, strategic sessions and ongoing support. Not a helpdesk, but people who know your organisation.

Is guidance included as standard with every Well Aware contract?

Yes. Every client gets a dedicated guidance team, regardless of organisation size. The intensity scales with your needs: from monthly contact moments to quarterly sessions for lighter engagements.

How long does onboarding take?

Within two weeks you're live. The full onboarding (including integrations, configuration and first measurement) usually takes four to six weeks. After that we move into the regular rhythm of impact reviews and strategy sessions.

What if I have a question between scheduled sessions?

Just email or call. Your guidance team is available within one working day for questions, advice or a quick reflection. For urgent matters often the same day. We don't charge extra, just the high-quality support you've come to expect from us.

Do our managers get support too?

Yes. Besides HR we also support managers directly. That can take the form of group training, 1-to-1 coaching or a scheduled conversation where we walk through their team data together.

How much time does this take from HR?

Much less than a traditional research process. Our clients spend an average of two to four hours per month on Well Aware, including impact reviews. Between sessions the guidance team does most of the work.

What if our need for guidance changes?

Then we scale with you. Some clients start with monthly sessions and move to quarterly after a year. Others do the opposite, with more support during phases of change or crisis. We revisit the rhythm every six months.
