No. Well Aware works within the tools your employees already use. A pulse question arrives in WhatsApp, Teams, Slack or email, and in two to three taps it is answered. No installation, no separate login.
We use the WhatsApp Business API, not an employee's personal WhatsApp. The employee receives a message with a link to their personal check-in via an officially verified Well Aware number.
WhatsApp and SMS score the highest on average (around 85%). Teams and Slack usually sit between 70 and 80%. Email is around 30 to 50%, depending on the organisation. By combining multiple channels, our clients achieve an average total response of 84%.
A QR code you hang up at fixed workstations such as a canteen, changing room or production hall. Employees scan it, answer the pulse on their phone, done. Ideal for sectors like healthcare, retail or production where many employees do not have a fixed work email.
Often employees can choose which channel they prefer themselves. If you want to keep control of this, it can also be set per team or location. An office team can work via Teams or email, a production team via WhatsApp and QR codes, an international team via Slack in their own language. The configuration is set up together with your customer success manager during onboarding.
Often yes. Via our Public API and webhooks we can connect the Well Aware pulse to internal apps such as Speakap, Workplace from Meta, Beekeeper or a custom app. For the most common platforms we have native connectors, otherwise we build custom integrations within three weeks.
